OFFICIAL RULES

This DORBA Red Bull Joyride Raffle ("Raffle") is open to all persons who are at least eighteen (18) years old and a member of DORBA at the time of entry. Void outside the State of Texas (Texas residents only). The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

The organizer of the Raffle is the Dallas Off-Road Bicycle Association ("DORBA"). DORBA Officers, Directors, appointed Directors and immediate family are not eligible to participate.

The Raffle will begin on May 1, 2018 and end at 3:00 PM on June 12, 2018 ("Entry Period").

You may enter during the Entry Period by purchasing Raffle entries on this site.  Your information in the member records must include basic contact information, including your name, street address, phone number and email address. DORBA members may also receive entries to the Raffle by performing volunteer work on DORBA-maintained trails.  Volunteers (who are also members) working a minimum of ten (10) hours in the month of May will receive five (5) entries in the Raffle.  These hours will need to be logged and verified by the appropriate Trail Steward(s), as well as having membership verified. No additional entries for hours worked in excess of ten (10) 

One Prize will be awarded, which consists of round-trip airfare for two (2) from Dallas, Texas to Vancouver, British Columbia; a hotel room for three (3) nights; and two (2) VIP Passes to Red Bull Joyride 2018. Selection of airline, seat locations, and other travel and event arrangements are solely within DORBA's and/or Administrator's discretion. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner's responsibility. Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card to hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in Prize package. All travel is subject to availability and restrictions. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. A minor may accompany winner as a travel guest only if the winner is the minor's parent or legal guardian. Minor must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor's parent or legal guardian. Winner and travel guest must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (i.e. valid U.S driver's license; passport) required for travel. Winner understands there are inherent risks involved in travel and these risks may be present before, during, and after the trip. Winner agrees to accept the Prize "as is" and entrants hereby acknowledge that neither DORBA nor Administrator is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the Prize, including warranties provided exclusively by a prize supplier. Additional terms and conditions may apply to airline, hotel, or event suppliers for which DORBA and Administrator shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any cancellations, losses or damages. Approximate retail value of the Prize is $2,500, depending on fluctuations in airfare, accommodations, and event availability at the time of booking the trip. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Prize will not be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Raffle.  

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among the eligible entries collected during the Entry Period on June 12, 2018 at the North of Nightfall movie premiere.

By entering this Raffle, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of DORBA, which will be final and binding in all respects. DORBA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. DORBA will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Raffle or associated activities.  YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS DORBA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE RAFFLE AND ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting prize, winner grants DORBA a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use winner's name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.
