About this event
Are you brand new to mountain biking or need a refresher? Join us at our women's beginner clinic at Horseshoe. Meet at the corner of Catfish Ln. 32°57'50.4"N 97°05'38.9"W
We'll cover the basics, along with drills and tie it all together for a group ride.
Topics that will be covered: trail etiquette, body position, braking, shifting, turning/cornering, line selection, and small trail obstacles.
Bring your bike, your helmet, sports water bottle, and any other safety equipment you normally use while riding. Please make sure your bike is in good working condition prior to the clinic.
DORBA will provide water for refills and light snacks. Please bring anything else you may want to eat.
Who: This is open to riders age 14+. Riders younger than 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign a waiver on their behalf.
